JOB – Workshop Supervisor
LOCATION – Buckinghamshire
TERM – Permanent
SALARY – Competitive depending on experience
A Buckinghamshire based company are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join their team on a permanent basis.
The Workshop Supervisor will ideally have the following attributes:
- Previous leadership/ management experience.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
- Strong control panel wiring skills.
- Good understanding of relevant health & safety regulations.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
The duties & responsibilities will include:
- Lead & supervise the day-to-day running of the workshop.
- Managing the full production process for projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Ensuring health & safety regulations are met at all times.
- Liaising with operations & other departments to ensure requirements are being met at all times.
