$36-38 per hour + Overtime + Tool Allowance Experience:
Must have at least 5 years of experience working as a Mechanic About the company: Our client is a well-established company who have been around since the 1980s. They are one of New Zealand's leading providers of RVs for rent and sale across NZ and Australia. About the opportunity: Our client is looking for an experienced Mechanic to step into a hands-on Workshop Team Leader role. In this position, you will work closely with the Workshop Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring that all mechanical work on the fleet is completed efficiently. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness in the workshop, ensuring the fleet is well-maintained and holds valid Certificates of Fitness. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting and mentoring a team of eight technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
