Role Description This is a full-time role as a Workshop Supervisor at Response Engineering Solutions Limited in the Cheddar Area. The Workshop Supervisor will be responsible for completing and overseeing structural steelwork fabrications, bespoke fabrications and repair activities, managing CNC activities, assisting with ordering stores, undertaking RWC support, and adhering to BS1090 & ISO 9001 procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing workshops, and providing excellent customer service on a daily basis. Qualifications Supervisory Skills: Ability to lead and manage a team effectively Experience in steel fabrications following BS1090 & ISO 9001 procedures Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service: Strong focus on meeting customer needs and providing excellent service Workshops: Proficiency in managing workshop operations Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience in material processing industries is a plus Technical certification or relevant City & Guilds in engineering or related field Seniority level
