We are looking for a Workshop Supervisor who will play a pivotal role in leading our execution team. Reporting to the Senior Supervisor, this position requires someone who can provide clear guidance and support to ensure that safety, quality, and efficiency are upheld to the highest standards, resulting in exceptional customer satisfaction. The Mechanical Supervisor will be responsible for managing work orders effectively, ensuring strict adherence to plans, and meeting WesTrac’s productivity targets while complying with Caterpillar and customer requirements. This role demands exemplary leadership to oversee the entire Rebuilds Execution team, covering all aspects of safety, training, coaching, and task allocation. The successful candidate will manage WesTrac trades, non-tradespersons, and contractors, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Rebuilds - Welshpool Roster:

5 Days 2 Off 10.5hrs 2 weeks of days 1 week of nights (Additional Hours Allowance & Shift Allowance) What we’re looking for: HD Mechanical Trade Qualification Leadership / Supervisory role with the ability to provide positive leadership and conflict management. Ability to organise team members and delegate tasks whilst managing workload. Highly developed organisational skills. Proven experience in delivery work orders for machine Rebuilds or Fleet Management. Be well aligned and exhibit WesTrac’s SPARC values of Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect and Customer.
