Responsibilities Assistance in maintaining the workshop, scheduling and prioritising repairs Help managers identify cost-effective repair methods in order to minimise trailer downtime. Ensure all inspections, servicing, and repairs have been completed in accordance with company standards. Oversee and manage workshop systems and processes as required Aid with maintaining appropriate staffing levels Assistance with managing overtime Maintain optimal stock levels, ensuring parts and products are available in a timely manner Identify opportunities to leverage manufacturer warranties and goodwill programs. Support managers in analysing maintenance trends and providing insights for improvement. Ensure all company vehicles are operated safely and in compliance with traffic laws and company policies and enforce adherence to the Mobile Van Policy. Highlight potential commercial opportunities to managers.
Requirements Qualified technician with the relevant City and Guilds / NVQ equivalent qualifications Customer & Team Focused Previous experience supervising a team Computer literacy is essential
