Based near Harleston, Norfolk GBP45,000 Per annum Full time Permanent Are you an experienced professional with a passion for fleet maintenance and leadership? Hales Group are happy to be supporting their client in a search for Workshop Supervisor / Mobile Fitter to join their team at their office near Harleston, Norfolk. This role combines on-site supervision with hands-on mobile fitting responsibilities, offering variety and growth in a dynamic environment. What The Company Offer

Company vehicle provided. Overtime paid for callouts out of working hours. Comprehensive healthcare and medical cover. Pension scheme after 3 months of service. 20 days of annual leave, plus bank holidays. Death in service benefit. Your Key Responsibilities, But Not Limited To

Conduct maintenance, servicing, and inspections for our fleet vehicles. Perform tachograph or similar card calibrations. Respond to breakdowns diagnose and complete repair work. Assist with new vehicle builds. Prep vehicles for MOT and arrange delivery. Travel to support operations across our three additional sites as needed (accommodation and travel covered by the company). Manage ordering processes and inventory. Lead and supervise a team of 3-4 warehouse/yard operatives. What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in vehicle maintenance and team supervision. Full UK Driver’s License (HGV preferred Class 2). Level 3 qualification in HGV Maintenance or equivalent. A willingness to travel and adapt to mobile fitter duties. Commitment to ongoing training and development. Why Join Their Company?
