As a Workshop Team Leader, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining our fleet's mechanical excellence while fostering a motivated, high-performing team. What You'll Do: Support the Workshop Manager in coordinating and supervising daily workshop operations. Distribute workloads based on team strengths and ensure timely service and repairs. Inspire and lead by example, fostering a collaborative and motivated team culture. Ensure vehicles exceed customer expectations in appearance, functionality, and compliance. Train, coach, and develop workshop staff, sharing your technical expertise. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency in the workshop. Communicate progress, escalate unresolved issues, and uphold thl's customer-focused values. What You'll Bring: Experience:

5+ years of mechanical expertise or a full NZQA Trade Certification. Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of automotive systems, repairs, and warranties. Leadership:

Strong interpersonal skills to motivate, train, and support your team. Customer Focus:

Passionate about delivering top-notch service and fleet quality. Technical Proficiency:

Competence in diagnostics, repairs, and Microsoft Office tools. Drive:
