Workshop Welder / Fabricator - Permanent
Based in Havant
Salary - GBP31,200 to GBP34,300 (Dependent on experience) plus Overtime opportunities
Monday to Friday - 7.30am - 16.30pm
Due to the ever-increasing expansion of their business, my client is looking for a dedicated Welder/Fabricator who is willing to learn and grow with the business.

Key Areas of Responsibility:
Tig and Mig welding with acute attention to detail (Stainless Steel/Aluminium) Fabricate/Polish parts to a high-end standard Work to drawings Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the workshop to ensure all staff continue to work in a safe and pleasant environment Carry out other duties as necessary according to company policy Role Requirements:
A flawless approach, demanding high standards Experience welding in various materials High attention to detail Manual dexterity Set & operate welding machine The use of power, compressed air, and hand tools in a safe manner Good communication skills Pride in a job well done and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team Experience with manual drilling, turning & polishing machines would be advantageous Experience working to drawings Careful and diligent, even meticulous Ideal candidate will be experienced in Welding (Tig & Mig) Polishing techniques and use of polishing equipment/machines would be an advantage Common-sense approach Willingness to work as part of a team and take instruction Efficient, effective, and organised Confident and good communicator, good-humoured, and trustworthy Self-motivated with an upbeat can-do attitude If you think you match these requirements and want to be part of an exciting and expanding business, please upload your CV, and we will be in contact with all successful applicants.
