What You'll Be Doing:
Safety First:
Ensuring a clean and safe workshop environment, with strict adherence to Health & Safety standards, including PPE and risk assessments. Training & Leadership:
Running training sessions for the team on the proper use of workshop tools, equipment, and 3D printing technology. Tooling & Maintenance:
Organising the layout of tools, managing workshop maintenance, and overseeing the handling of materials. COSHH Assessments:
Conducting and reviewing COSHH assessments to maintain a safe and compliant workspace. Team Collaboration:
Working closely with a dynamic, young team to foster a collaborative and efficient working environment.
What We Need: Experience in a production/manufacturing workshop environment (preferably with exposure to tools, machinery, and 3D printing) Strong communication skills to work effectively with a mixed team Excellent organisational skills to keep everything running smoothly A proactive approach to safety, training, and tool management
