We are seeking a Workspace Design Manager to help shape the future of workplace experiences across branches, offices, and home environments. This role offers the opportunity to be a key part of a transformative journey, designing spaces that reflect both organizational values and cutting-edge design principles. As a Workspace Design Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver compelling workplace strategies that align with the organization's culture, strategy, and future goals. Your focus will be on human-centric design and creating spaces that provide exceptional experiences for colleagues and customers alike. Role Description: In this role, you will lead the development of workplace propositions, customer journey mapping, and collaborate with key stakeholders to conceptualize change and new ways of working. You'll have the freedom to think creatively and push the boundaries of what's possible, transforming innovative ideas into tangible, effective experiences. Key Responsibilities: Gather and validate requirements from colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring these are translated into clear, actionable insights and strategies. While the design team handles the interior elements, your focus will be on the strategic vision and experience design, ensuring spaces are designed to meet a range of needs and objectives. Skills and Experience Required: Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking Strong human-centered design principles Expertise in gathering and interpreting colleague insights Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies Action-oriented and results-driven Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills Capable of gathering, prioritizing, and validating requirements effectively Candidates will ideally show evidence of the above in their CV to be considered please click the " apply " button.
