Role Description: In this role, you will lead the development of workplace propositions, customer journey mapping, and collaborate with key stakeholders to conceptualize change and new ways of working. While the design team handles the interior elements, your focus will be on the strategic vision and experience design, ensuring spaces are designed to meet a range of needs and objectives.
