Overview: Are you passionate about creating innovative and inspiring workspace environments? We are seeking a Workspace Design Manager to help shape the future of workplace experiences across branches, offices, and home environments. This role offers the opportunity to be a key part of a transformative journey, designing spaces that reflect both organizational values and cutting-edge design principles.
Role Description: In this role, you will lead the development of workplace propositions, customer journey mapping, and collaborate with key stakeholders to conceptualize change and new ways of working. You'll have the freedom to think creatively and push the boundaries of what's possible, transforming innovative ideas into tangible, effective experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Gathering and validating requirements from colleagues and stakeholders. Translating requirements into clear, actionable insights and strategies. Focusing on the strategic vision and experience design. Ensuring spaces are designed to meet a range of needs and objectives.
Skills and Experience Required: Creative problem-solving and innovative thinking. Strong human-centered design principles. Expertise in gathering and interpreting colleague insights. Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable strategies. Action-oriented and results-driven. Collaborative team player with excellent communication skills. Capable of gathering, prioritizing, and validating requirements effectively.
