Role Outline As our talented Musculoskeletal department continues to grow, we are seeking highly motivated and experienced Workstation and Workplace Assessors to join our team!

We are hiring for professionals on both a

part-time (minimum of 3 days / 22.5 hours per week) and full-time basis , across various regions of the UK.

This will be a hybrid role, with frequent travel to client sites within your local region, delivering both virtual and face-to-face workstation and workplace assessments.

The Role:

Developing, managing and delivering WSA & WPA assessments both remotely via video consultation and face-to-face, based at our client sites across the UK. Providing accurate assessment reports with appropriate recommendations, submitted in a timely manner. Providing a report to Management following assessment. Identification of hazards within the workplace and assessing the risk of the identified hazards causing or aggravating an individual’s musculoskeletal ill health. Conducting ergonomic risk assessments to identify risks to the employees within a specified area. Providing other team members with information regarding any work practice or working environment changes that are required on a short- or long-term basis. Collection of statistical information for report generation. Contributing to and running health promotion events. Liaison and meetings as agreed with Health Partners Head of MSK Services.

The ideal candidate will have:

Health related degree or qualifications with WSA/WPA experience. Minimum 2 years WSA/WPA experience. Ideally, minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience. Must hold a full, clean valid driving licence and have access to own car for travel to client sites.

Post-graduate training in Occupational Health/Ergonomics is desirable. Registered with the Health Care Professions Council (HCPC) or registered with an Ergonomic professional organisation (e.G. ACPOHE, RCO, CIEHF, HFES, etc), is desirable.

Salary We are offering a competitive salary between £36,000 to £40,000 FTE (pro-rata to hours worked) for this position, dependent on qualifications and experience.
