There are opportunities to upskill and lots of scope to move forward within the organisation and progress into a Key Account Manager role. The average length of service for employees is 14-15 years. You will receive a thorough onboarding programme which is a 3-month process, involving product, sales and coaching training. What you’ll be doing: In this newly created role as Wound Care Specialist, you will be responsible for the selling of wound care products in the community setting covering London. Territory planning will be key to ensure you maintain regular interaction and relationship building with your customers, and collaboration with other team members across the business will be essential to your success. This role is a hybrid role with a blend of face to face and remote selling opportunities. Achieve sales growth year on year, as set by company targets Manage and grow accounts through tactical business planning Identify new business opportunities through effective market analysis Develop influential relationships with decision makers Identify key opinion leaders and key accounts at territory level Stakeholders selling to:

Community nurses, TVNs, Integrated Care Systems networks dealing with the transfer of patients in hospitals into the community Here’s what you need: Ideally you will have wound care sales experience. Nurses with wound care experience will also be considered if you have some commercial acumen. Other sales backgrounds may be considered if you have proven success and are driven, tenacious and ambitious. Basic Salary:

Up to £50,000 dependent on experience Bonus:

20% on target, up to 40% stretched bonus Benefits:
