Grade: Grade B, SCP 3 (£24,027 per annum, pro rata)

Hours: 15 hours per week (Monday- Friday, 3pm-6pm, Term Time Only (38 weeks), Fixed-term contract until March 2026

St Philip Neri are in the process of establishing wraparound provision for children aged 4-11. We have an exciting opportunity for two Wraparound Care Assistants to join our welcoming team as we launch this new provision.

The successful candidates will be responsible for the care of the children in the wraparound provision.

We are seeking an individual to:

Provide a high standard of care for children in wraparound provision. Work as part of a team to provide and maintain an enabling, stimulating, safe environment. Build and maintain a strong working partnership with parents and carers. Ensure the wraparound provision is run to meet the needs of the children and complies with all necessary compliance legislation and policies.

The successful candidate will have:

A minimum of Grade C in Maths and English GCSE or equivalent. An understanding of the needs of children. An ability to work within a team. Good communication skills. Good organisation skills.
