Wraparound Venue Manager Rate of Pay:
£12 - £15 per hour Availability:
Must be able to cover all shifts during the week Locations and Shifts: Waterside Primary Academy HP5 1QU 2:45 PM - 6:00 PM (Monday - Friday) Benefits: 3% Annual Salary Review per year Additional holiday for every 2 years of service Food provided Free Childcare £200 Referral Bonus On-the-job training Growth opportunities Company Events Birthdays off Employee of the Month Requirements: Level 2 or equivalent childcare qualification is desirable or relevant experience. A paediatric First Aider would be beneficial (training provided if necessary). Responsibilities: Manage a team of Activity Professionals Supervise children, ensuring their safety at all times Engage with children in various play and conversation activities Set up optional activities for children Meet and greet parents, providing feedback on their child's time at the club Ideal Candidates: Enthusiastic, honest, reliable, and hardworking Enjoy working with children Willing to have fun and create a positive environment You will be fully supported in your role by an established provider of out-of-school care.
