Competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 (dependent on experience) The Firm Join a highly regarded and well-established accountancy practice with two thriving branches in East Sussex. Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with clients, managing a regular portfolio. Prepare, review, and submit VAT returns. Provide advice and support to clients on cloud accounting software, with a primary focus on Xero. Perform management accounts and bookkeeping duties. Collaborate with the team to share insights and maintain best practices in Xero usage. What We Offer: Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000, based on experience. 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Private health insurance. What We’re Looking For: Qualifications:
ACA or ACCA qualified with robust accounting expertise. Experience:
Minimum of two years in bookkeeping, VAT, and cloud accounting software such as Xero. Skills:
Strong technical ability, effective communication, and the aptitude to work both independently and collaboratively. Mindset:
