We are seeking an ambitious and dedicated Year 1 Class Leader for a permanent position starting in September 2025 at an exciting new all-through school in West London.
Year 1 Class Leader – The School:

Year 1 Class Leader – Responsibilities:
Lead the school’s first-ever Year 1 cohort, ensuring students thrive academically and personally. Deliver exceptional lessons that foster a love for learning and ensure progress in phonics and core subjects. Create a positive and aspirational year group culture, aligned with the school’s values. Develop strong relationships with students and families through consistent communication and support. Support and develop other Year 1 teachers to deliver a high-quality curriculum and maintain high expectations. Contribute to the overall school culture by celebrating student success and maintaining exemplary behaviour.

Year 1 Class Leader – Essential Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a strong understanding of Year 1 curriculum and phonics. Proven ability to deliver exceptional teaching and achieve outstanding pupil outcomes. Highly organised and motivated, with excellent leadership and communication skills. Commitment to the school’s values and a passion for providing every child with a life of choice and opportunity.
