Year 1 Teacher Role September 2024 Start Full-Time Permanent Contract The School This is a one-form entry school based in Rushden, North Northamptonshire, East Midlands, with a Good Ofsted rating report. Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school activities as required. Year 1 Teacher Requirements Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Proven experience teaching Year 1 students in a primary school setting. Excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum and assessment methods. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the needs of individual learners. Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying up to date with the latest educational practices. Flexibility and adaptability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
