What you'll need to succeed To be successful in securing this Year 2 class teaching job you will need: Qualified Teaching Status Experience of working in a primary setting at least within the last 2 years that can be referenced Knowledge of the KS1 curriculum including delivering Year 2 SATs would be an advantage Excellent communication and behaviour management skills Excellent Literacy and Numeracy skills A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning A positive and proactive attitude towards professional development
