Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 3 Teacher with a passion for making a difference? We are looking for a committed and qualified teacher to join our lovely school in Leamington Spa. This full-time role comes with full teaching responsibilities and is a fantastic opportunity to inspire young minds and help shape their educational journey.Key Responsibilities:Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for Year 3 pupils, aligned with the national curriculum.Assess, track, and report on pupil progress, ensuring that all students achieve their full potential.Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where every child feels valued.Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support the learning and development of each pupil.Take on full teaching responsibilities, including classroom management, marking, and attendance at staff meetings.Ensure the well-being and safeguarding of all pupils in your care.Requirements:Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.Proven UK teaching experience, ideally within KS2.Strong knowledge of the Year 3 curriculum and the ability to differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils.A commitment to fostering a supportive and nurturing learning environment.An Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).What We Offer:A friendly and supportive school environment where your hard work will be appreciated.Opportunities for ongoing professional development and career progression.A full-time, permanent position with a competitive daily rate based on experience.Interviews will be happening soon, so don't miss out on this exciting opportunity!Join our dedicated team and make a real difference in the lives of our Year 3 pupilsAspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
