Engaging Lessons:

Plan and deliver dynamic lessons that inspire and challenge

Year 3 students , helping them achieve their academic best. Assessment and Progress:

Regularly monitor and assess student progress, keeping accurate records of their academic performance. Positive Learning Environment:

Create a safe, stimulating classroom where every child feels encouraged to succeed. Collaboration:

Work closely with colleagues, school leadership, and parents to ensure students receive the best possible support and education. School Activities:

Take an active role in school events, performances, and parent-teacher meetings, contributing to the school community. Safeguarding and Welfare:

Adhere to safeguarding protocols and promote the well-being of all children in your care. Classroom Management:

Use effective classroom management techniques to ensure an orderly, respectful, and focused learning environment. About You:

Experience:

You should have experience teaching

Year 3

students in a primary school setting and be familiar with the curriculum. Qualifications:

A

QTS

(Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent, with a degree in Education or a relevant field. Classroom Management:

You have excellent classroom management skills and the ability to engage, motivate, and inspire learners. Interpersonal Skills:

You communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents to ensure the best possible outcomes for all pupils. Adaptable Teaching:

You can tailor your teaching approach to accommodate different learning styles, ensuring that every child’s needs are met. Passion for Education:

You are passionate about making a positive impact on students’ lives and fostering a love of learning. About the School:
