Contract role for a housing association in Oxfordshire 3 month contract initially About Our Client This is a highly respected housing organisation. Job Description Role: Preparation of statutory accounts and liaising with external auditors Ensuring the accuracy of the balance sheet Preparing audit working papers and assisting with accruals, prepayments, and Trial Balances Knowledge of Management Accounts / Business Plans is desirable but not essential The Successful Applicant A successful Year End Financial Accountant should have: Experience in Year-End Accounts within a Housing Association Qualified or qualified by experience Technically proficient with the ability to work independently Strong initiative, curiosity, and drive, with the ability to work to deadlines while maintaining attention to detail Highly numerate and computer literate, with strong Excel skills What's on Offer A competitive daily salary of £300 - £450 (Umbrella Co) Hybrid working Parking
