Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Cisco Solution Architect to join their dynamic team, focusing on Real-Time Location Services (RTLS) and Cisco Spaces solutions within the healthcare sector. This role will be pivotal in designing, configuring, and implementing advanced location-based services and system integration within hospital environments, helping healthcare institutions improve operational efficiency and patient care through cutting-edge technology. Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of RTLS and Cisco Spaces solutions tailored to the unique needs of hospitals, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure. System Configuration & Implementation: Configure and deploy Cisco Spaces, RTLS, and associated hardware (such as Wi-Fi networks and Bluetooth devices) to track equipment, personnel, and patients in real time. Consultation with Healthcare Clients: Work closely with healthcare stakeholders to understand their operational workflows, pain points, and regulatory requirements to design effective location-based solutions. Pre-Sales & Post-Sales Support: Engage with clients in pre-sales discussions to assess technical needs and develop tailored solutions. Post-sales, provide ongoing technical support and improvements. Security & Compliance: Ensure all solutions adhere to healthcare security protocols, data privacy regulations, and industry compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, ISO 27001). Qualifications Strong experience in Cisco Spaces and RTLS technologies, specifically in the hospital or healthcare sector. Expertise in network design, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth technologies used in RTLS deployments. In-depth understanding of wireless communication, location-based services, and system integration within large-scale environments. Technical proficiency in configuring Cisco access points, wireless controllers, and integration with Cisco Spaces platforms. Proven track record of working on healthcare IT projects is a plus. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with hospital IT teams, clinical staff, and other stakeholders.
