Responsibilities:
Take the lead role in the design, implementation and ongoing improvements carried out within the business systems functions as the company continues to grow. Liaise with departmental heads to gather information on the systems and provide resolutions and improvements for ongoing issues. Provide ongoing support for existing systems and identify ways to improve or automate certain features. Carry out user training to maximise system optimisation rollout and utilisation. Utilise Power Apps to assist with the automation of functions within the systems. Manage the bespoke applications through cloud-based platforms. Essential Criteria:
4+ years of experience within a business systems or similar role Manufacturing or OT environment experience (Beneficial) Working knowledge of REST API or SOAP API. ERP Systems experience (Beneficial) Experience carrying out team training (Lunch & Learn) Power Apps experience Salary & Benefits
