It is advisable to refer to this when submitting your application for the post. Job Purpose To provide personal care for a young woman with health issues. Location Hellesdon, NR6 Details I am a young woman who suffers from Chronic Fatigue and Fibromyalgia, and am also a mum to a 6-month-old baby. Therefore, I require regular support to maintain personal hygiene. I would like a friendly and sympathetic personal assistant to help me take a shower and get dressed. I can be flexible but would like at least two visits weekly, and due to the personal care nature of this role, a female would be preferred. Person Specification • Reliable • Flexible • Friendly Summary Terms and Conditions • The rate of pay for this position is £11.68 per hour • Hours and times of work: 3 hours weekly, potentially would like 2 x 1.5 hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays but can be flexible and will discuss at interview. The post is subject to the following: • A satisfactory enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, the cost of which will be covered by the employer. • Completion of a satisfactory probationary period of 6 months. • Completion of free Care Skills Training as part of the role (GDPR, Health and Safety, and Personal Care).
