We're seeking a driven, motivated and qualified Rural Surveyor to join our Sedgefield office. About the role The position, based at our Sedgefield office, would provide an excellent opportunity to join our diverse team, undertaking a wide range of work which includes: Valuation Utilities Grants and Subsidies Property Sales and Lettings Landlord and Tenant Renewables and Development The successful applicant will work alongside other qualified surveyors in the Sedgefield office and wider youngsRPS team. About you We are looking for a qualified rural surveyor to join our busy Sedgefield office. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, practical person with a genuine passion for the industry and a desire to handle a wide-ranging workload for a varied client base. At least 1 – 5 years’ experience within the rural surveying industry would be preferred. Applicants should be able to work with enthusiasm, flexibility and have an excellent capacity for hard work and attention to detail. Excellent communication and people skills, ideally with a practical knowledge of the agricultural sector are essential. Preferably, the applicant will have experience of working with Microsoft office packages, digital mapping systems, be a Member of RICS and, ideally, also a Fellow of CAAV. Full UK Driving Licence is essential. Competitive salary and annual leave, subscriptions and CPD paid, company pension scheme.
