Youth and Community Lead

to drive youth and community work within the Estates Programme. This role will focus on developing and delivering activities that engage young people, while training and equipping future leaders from within the estates to take on leadership roles. The position requires a strong passion for working with estate communities and building up leaders who will continue to shape the future of youth and community work in other estates. The role includes collaboration with key partners across the Estates Partnership and requires a practicing Christian, in line with the Equality Act 2010. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about this role, seeing it as a vocation. The successful candidate must be deeply committed to engaging with the estates communities and developing future leaders from within. This role requires a heart for nurturing leaders and a vision to release them further into leadership, shaping the future of youth and community work in other estates. The role also requires a strong team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment where decisions are made together, ensuring all aspects of our work grow in unity and purpose.
