Working with Children with Special and Additional Needs: Provide professional care and support to vulnerable people Provide person-centred care Conduct client needs assessments and reviews Organise play and leisure activities for children, young people, and adults Develop and ensure regular review of individual care and support plans Minimum Requirements:
Educated to GCSE level Holds a health and social care qualification Passionate about supporting vulnerable people Ideally has some experience working in the health and social care sector Able to work individually and as part of a team Outgoing, positive, empathetic personality and a clear communication style In Return We Offer a Range of Benefits Including:
