As a Youth Football Match Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating an enjoyable and organised environment for young players and their teams.**Skills/Qualities Needed:*** Reliable, punctual, and organized.* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* A passion for football and working with young people.* No prior experience necessary; support will be provided.* Access NI may be required for this post (completed once successfully selected)This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to youth football development and support grassroots sports in your community!**Tasks and responsibilities*** Assist with setting up small 3v3 nets and mark out pitches before matches begin, and collect at end.* Help teams find their allocated pitches and ensure games start on time.* Provide support and guidance to coaches, players, and spectators as needed.* Monitor the overall match environment to ensure a safe and positive experience for all participants.Skills and experience gained Communication Skills Event Support Interpersonal Skills Problem Solving Teamwork Youth Activities Management
