Pro Direct Development Programme (PDDP) aims to provide a fun, pressure free environment for U6 to play 3v3 football. It is hosted at Seaview, Shore Road Belfast on Sunday mornings.PDDP are seeking enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to assist in the smooth running of youth football matches on Sunday mornings at Seaview, Belfast. As a Youth Football Match Coordinator, you will play a key role in creating an enjoyable and organised environment for young players and their teams.**Skills/Qualities Needed:*** Reliable, punctual, and organized.* Good communication and interpersonal skills.* A passion for football and working with young people.* No prior experience necessary; support will be provided.* Access NI may be required for this post (completed once successfully selected)This is a rewarding opportunity to contribute to youth football development and support grassroots sports in your community!**Tasks and responsibilities*** Assist with setting up small 3v3 nets and mark out pitches before matches begin, and collect at end.* Help teams find their allocated pitches and ensure games start on time.* Provide support and guidance to coaches, players, and spectators as needed.* Monitor the overall match environment to ensure a safe and positive experience for all participants.Skills and experience gained Communication Skills Event Support Interpersonal Skills Problem Solving Teamwork Youth Activities Management
