AIM3 assessments
(training in AIM3 is a minimum requirement). Deliver therapeutic interventions to children and families with complex needs. Write high-quality, analytical assessments for courts and professional settings, addressing risks, safety, and support needs. Engage in direct work with children and families, including home visits. Collaborate effectively with interprofessional and interagency teams to achieve the best outcomes for children and families. Ideal Candidate : Experience : Proven ability to work therapeutically with children and families who have displayed harmful sexual behaviours. Qualifications : A social work qualification is advantageous, but candidates from allied disciplines (youth work, youth justice, early help, counselling, or other therapeutic professions) are encouraged to apply. Skills : Strong analytical and report-writing skills. Licensing : A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential. Working Arrangements : While this is a full-time role,
