Hounslow Action for Youth Association (HAY) is a voluntary sector based charity. HAY works in the most disadvantaged areas of the London Borough of Hounslow.
HAY currently has a vacancy for a Youth Work Project Manager to join our team. The role will include primarily being responsible for our Youth Bonds Project (7-12 year old young people) but will also include some support of our other Youth Work Projects. If you are passionate about working with young people and their families, then working for HAY could be for you.
We are looking for an enthusiastic team player who has a genuine regard for young people. We would ideally like applicants to have at a minimum of: 3 years youth work experience 1 year minimum management of staff and project management experience 1 year of knowledge and experience of safeguarding young people Experience of SEND
We Currently Have The Following Position Available: Youth Work Project Manager – Full Time position, 36 hours per week - Salary £34,108 - £36,504
Please note, the role is office based and involves face-to-face work with young people for a minimum of 3 evenings per week. This Position Will Be Based In Feltham (but Requires You To Work Around The Hounslow Borough On Projects). This Post Is a 2 Year Fixed Term Position. Extensions Will Be Dependent On Funding.

The post will entail working as part of a team of staff and supporting HAY in the daily delivery of its project.
