Job Title: Part Time Deputy Head of Teaching, Learning and Improvement Location:

Gloucestershire College Role Overview:

The purpose of this role is to promote and facilitate best and improved practice in teaching, learning, assessment and tracking across FE, HE and work-based training, supporting the College’s aim to be ‘outstanding’ and enabling staff and students to achieve their maximum potential against their starting points. Within this teaching and learning role, there is a particular focus upon supporting new teaching staff who are joining the FE sector straight from industry. This role will focus on helping those with industry experience and skills to become impactful FE teachers.
