We’re seeking a dynamic Zone Commercial Planning Specialist to drive demand forecasting and enhance forecast accuracy across our zone (Northwest Europe). You'll be the go-to expert, coordinating with sales, marketing, and service teams to align demand strategies and ensure seamless communication with cross-functional teams. Your role: Demand Forecasting:

Develop and refine zone-level demand forecasts for instruments, reagents, and consumables, enhancing accuracy. Collaboration:

Partner with sales, marketing, and service teams to validate customer demand and gather market intelligence. KPI Monitoring:

Track key performance indicators and prepare regular reports on forecasts and inventory levels. Process Improvement:

Identify and implement demand planning enhancements and best practices. Central Contact:

Serve as the primary point of contact for demand planning within the zone, ensuring effective communication. Decision Support:

Aid Zone Business and Finance Leads in forecasting decisions. Risk Management:

Evaluate risks and offer insights to optimize inventory and demand plans. Your expertise: Bachelor's/Master's in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field. 5+ years in demand planning, preferably in the Healthcare industry. Expertise in statistical forecasting and advanced analytics. Proficiency with demand planning tools (SAP APO, Oracle Demantra) and data analysis software (Excel, Tableau). Strong communication, leadership, and collaborative skills. Customer-focused with a proven track record in project management and problem-solving.
