Through our Group level relationships and partnerships with Ocado Retail and Morrisons, we deliver to over 80% of the UK’s households. Our iconic Ocado purple vans may have stayed the same (with a few new 'Percy Pig' branded additions thanks to our partnership with Marks and Spencer) but our logistics has become increasingly advanced with automated picking systems, AI driven route optimisation and predictive capacity planning. And our Ocado Smart Platform (OSP) created by Ocado Groups Technology Solutions has evolved to include a grid based system of robots that work collaboratively with us to pick orders before we get them out on the road and safely stowed in cupboards.

On zippy bikes, in purple vans, in sun or sideways rain – our Customer Service Team Members or drivers - bring groceries, smiles and calmness from Bristol’s bends to Weymouth’s lanes. They calm the breakfast panic quick, pack lunchboxes tick, tick, tick. Add smiles to doorsteps everywhere, no stair too tall, no gate too spare. Groceries, joy, a friendly grin – they bring a little brightness in.

Our campus in Hatfield is home to our Head Office team (and the home of our first ever fulfilment centre) who alongside Group colleagues work on our next innovations - focus on Ocado Logistics making sure our wages are paid, our customers happy and that we all continue to grow and achieve our aspirations safely.
