Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Jobs247 is not the employer for roles listed on the platform and is not a party to any employment contract between a candidate and an employer.

3. Candidate terms

By using Jobs247 as a candidate, you agree to provide accurate information, keep your account secure, submit truthful applications, and avoid unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or misleading conduct. You are responsible for checking the suitability, legitimacy, and details of any role before applying for or accepting it.

• No fake applications, impersonation, or spam.
• No scraping, harvesting, or bulk copying of site content without permission.
• No unlawful or discriminatory content in profiles, CVs, or messages.

Jobs247 does not guarantee interviews, offers, replies, salary levels, or outcomes from using the platform.

4. Employer and recruiter terms

Employers, recruiters, and hiring representatives who use Jobs247 must ensure that each listing is genuine, lawfully published, and materially accurate. By posting or distributing a job through Jobs247, you confirm that you are authorised to do so and that the vacancy is real and open at the time of publication.

• Do not post misleading, fake, expired, duplicate, or bait-and-switch vacancies.
• Do not publish discriminatory job adverts or unlawful hiring conditions.
• Do not collect candidate data for unrelated marketing or unauthorised purposes.

5. Job listing standards

Job listings should, where applicable, clearly state the job title, employer or recruiter identity, contract type, location or remote status, core duties, application route, and any salary or pay information intended for publication. Jobs247 may edit formatting, categorisation, excerpts, metadata, and layout for presentation, performance, quality, and consistency.

6. Applications and third-party services

Applications, redirects, and communications may be handled on Jobs247, by email, or on third-party websites controlled by employers, recruiters, or partners. Jobs247 is not responsible for the content, availability, privacy practices, or hiring processes of third-party services. Any employment relationship is between the candidate and the relevant employer or recruiter.

7. Career tools and informational content

Jobs247 may provide CV tools, role guides, editorial content, salary estimates, search tools, profile features, and automated assistance. These features are provided for general information and convenience. You remain responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before using it in an application or business decision.

8. Prohibited conduct

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the site, accounts, feeds, APIs, or admin areas.
• Uploading malicious code, harmful files, or disruptive scripts.
• Using the platform to harass, deceive, exploit, or unlawfully discriminate against others.
• Reproducing, scraping, framing, or extracting substantial site content or database content without permission.

9. Intellectual property and submitted content

Jobs247 and its licensors retain all rights in the site, branding, editorial content, design, code, databases, and platform materials, except for content owned by users, employers, or other third parties. By submitting content to Jobs247, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, reproduce, format, publish, cache, distribute, and display that content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the platform.

10. Liability and disclaimers

Jobs247 provides the platform on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, complete accuracy of all listings, or that the site will always be free from errors. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jobs247 excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, reliance on listings, third-party acts, or hiring outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Suspension and termination

Jobs247 may suspend, restrict, remove, or terminate accounts, listings, or access where we reasonably believe there has been a breach of these terms, misuse of the platform, legal risk, security risk, quality issue, or harm to candidates, employers, or the site.

12. Privacy and data handling

Use of Jobs247 is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. Where personal data is processed through applications, profiles, communications, or employer tools, each party must handle personal data lawfully and appropriately.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or connected with these terms or use of the platform will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
