Our Owner and Director, Samantha Pettigrew, launched the company in 2019 with a desire to bring a personal and practical approach to recruiting. Experienced in managing permanent technical, professional and support roles, Samantha is motivated by working in partnership with clients who share her ethos and helping them to build successful teams that excel. Mother to 3 children and wife to David, she lives out her values of Hard work, Commitment, and Integrity in all aspects of her life. Promoting these principles amongst her team here at Pettigrew Recruitment Group as well as those we work in partnership with.

Samantha is proud to have established a brand that is already associated with providing quality services to clients and job seekers across a range of industries. Whilst our primary focus will be to continue to support the Scottish housebuilding market, an industry we feel part of, Pettigrew Recruitment Group has been delighted to work with businesses from other industries in the last 5 years by invitation.
