• Hours per week: 23.75 hours per week.

• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday

• 8:40am – 2.05pm

• 30 mins daily lunch cover included within contract.

• Grade 4 (point 5) - £25,583 per annum Please note this salary will be pro rata for part time, term time only.

We are looking to appoint a One-to-One Learning Support Assistant to join our professional and dedicated team at St Wilfrid’s Catholic Primary School, Angmering. This contract will begin as soon as possible.

Main purpose

The One-to-One Learning Support Assistant will:

• Work with class teachers to raise the learning and attainment of the targeted pupil whilst encouraging independence and inclusion.

• Promote the pupils’ independence, self-esteem and social inclusion.

• Give support to pupils, individually or in small groups, so they can access the curriculum, take part in learning, and experience a sense of achievement.

• Demonstrate a commitment to inclusion, high aspirations for all and a therapeutic approach to behaviour.
