This 1:1 Learning Support Assistant role is focused on we’re working with a number of welcoming primary schools across Southwark looking for 1:1 Learning Support Assistants to support pupils who need a little extra help to thrive in th. It would suit someone who can bring helping them stay engaged, focused, and confident in their learning to the role.
Who the work supports
Supporting one pupil on a 1:1 basis throughout the school day. Protocol Education is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

What needs to be in place
- Experience supporting children, ideally in a school or care setting.
- All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
- Relevant teaching, instruction, or learner-support experience.
Job details
- In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
- All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
- Additional detail: Weekly pay may be available.
