1:1 SEMH Teaching Assistant focuses on providing 1:1 support to a pupil with semh needs.

What the role involves

• Providing 1:1 support to a pupil with SEMH needs.

Skills and requirements

• Relevant teaching, classroom, childcare, QTS, SEN, safeguarding, or early-years experience may be required.

Candidate fit

• Experience working with children or young people with SEMH, SEND, or behavioural needs.
• A genuine passion for supporting young people to succeed.
• Support work or education experience (desirable but not essential).

• Morpeth | Monday–Friday | 9:00am–3:00pm.
• We are currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist SEMH school in Morpeth for a committed and resilient 1:1 SEMH Teaching Assistant to join their team on a maternity cover basis.
