What you’ll be doing:

  • Encouraging positive relationships, emotional resilience, and confidence in learning
  • Supporting behaviour plans and contributing to a safe, structured environment
  • About you:

  • Experience supporting children with SEND, SEMH, trauma, or challenging behaviour (school or alternative setting)
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive mindset
  • Thrive-trained or willing to complete Protocol Education’s free Thrive training (which schools love!)
  • Resilient and ready to be a trusted adult for a pupil who needs one most
  • What you’ll get from us:

  • Weekly pay through PAYE – no umbrella deductions
  • Free CPD through our online training academy
  • Ongoing support from a friendly local consultant who genuinely listens
  • Opportunities to develop your skills across SEND and mainstream settings
  • £250 referral bonus if you refer a friend to us
