As a Account Manager, the work centres on providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs. It would suit someone who can bring preferred supplier to more than 20 boroughs across the UK to the role.
Where the work sits
New Directions Education are currently recruiting dedicated and compassionate 1:1 Teaching Assistants to work in primary schools across Chester. Due to the nature of these opportunities, candidates must be able to commit to working 3 or more days per week.
How the role works day to day
Providing dedicated 1:1 support for a pupil with additional needs. Working closely with the class teacher, SENCO, and support staff. Implementing individual support plans and strategies.

What needs to be in place
- A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable).
