The 1st/2nd Line Support position centres on managing endpoint device deployment including configuration and asset updates. It would suit someone who can bring strong professional approach to the role.
Role overview
Our client is a privately owned and highly successful Logistics, Construction and Maintenance business, employing over 2,000 people in the UK. Act as a point of contact for calls / emails from staff regarding IT issues.
Main responsibilities
Managing endpoint device deployment including configuration and asset updates. Be working with the in-house IT team to maintain the infrastructure of our communications, networking and collaborative tools and processes. Take ownership of calls and provide on-site support.

Requirements
- Salary £21,000 – £27,000 (dependant on experience).
- Monday to Friday 8am – 17:00pm / 9am – 18:00pm.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
