As a 1st/2nd Line Support in Surrey and London they are growing fast a, the work centres on be dealing with IT support calls, troubleshooting and escalating to other team members. Main responsibilities

Be dealing with IT support calls, troubleshooting and escalating to other team members. Liaise with 3rd parties to resolve issues. Correct logging of support tickets & liaising efficiently with support desk.
