1st/2nd Line Support Technician
Job description
This 1st/2nd Line Support Technician opportunity is built around be responding to inbound support calls that is passed across from the 1st line support. It would suit someone who can bring have excellent customer service skills and have a friendly but professional approach to the role.
Who the work supports
Also be responsible for upgrading types of hardware and software ensuring minimal impact to client. With individual needs this role will be suited for someone coming from a similar role who is used to working in a fast paced environment.
How support shows up
Be responding to inbound support calls that is passed across from the 1st line support. Reporting problems via the helpdesk system to be resolved in a timely manner for each client. Provide excellent customer service keeping clients up to date with any issues.

Have excellent customer service skills and have a friendly but professional approach.
What needs to be in place
- Need to have at least 1 years’ experience working for an MSP IT support company.
- Carry out site visits and Onsite trouble shooting when required.
Job details
- They are offering a competitive salary of £20,000- £24,000 depending on experience.
- 29 days holiday (including Bank Holidays).
- Work model: On-site.
- Additional detail: Pension support may be included.
