Job description
The 1st Line IT Support Technician position in Oxford, Woodstock centres on and due to this growth, we are now looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join our growing, dynamic Technology team. It would suit someone who can bring technical problem-solving, documentation, and careful delivery to the role.
Where the work sits
1350 users, responding to incidents and requests in line with company SLA’s. Be part of a team that is the first point of contact for all IT queries submitted via telephone, self-service portal and walk-ups.
How the role works day to day
And due to this growth, we are now looking for a 1st Line IT Support Technician to join our growing, dynamic Technology team. Reporting to our Senior 2nd Line IT Support Technician and based at our head office in Oxford, Woodstock, you will play a key role in providing support to a diverse group of approx.

What needs to be in place
- Be self-motivated, conscientious, methodical and organised, with the ability to liaise with customers at all levels of a business whilst always demonstrating excellent customer ser.
- Knowledge of working with and supporting Microsoft Windows 10/11, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Basic troubleshooting experience of hardware, software, printers, and network connectivity issues.
