What you would be doing
·Configuration, monitoring and maintenance of anti-virus systems. ·Creation and management of Secure FTP accounts and provision of external client support. ·To support the business objectives of all divisions of the GI group through specification, installation, maintenance and support of IT software, hardware and communication systems.

- ·Operation of company Helpdesk System and provision of support to clients both internal and external (1 and 2nd line support as skills and experience permit).
