3PL Control Tower Specialist focuses on managing onboarding and permissions to support seamless 3pl operations.

What the role involves

• Managing onboarding and permissions to support seamless 3PL operations.
• Support to 3PL partners across multiple European sites.
• Resolving capacity discrepancies and warehouse management system configurations.
• Acting as a communication bridge between 3PL partners and internal Amazon stakeholders, including node managers and problem-solving teams.
• Uploading and maintaining critical data to support supply chain visibility and internal compliance requirements.
• Monitoring adherence to process and Amazon operational standards, identifying and escalating deviations.

Skills and requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Advanced proficiency in verbal and written English (C1 in the Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR).
• Expertise in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, AI, etc.

Confirmed role details

• The position operates on a rotating shift pattern, including nights and weekends.
