How the role works day to day

Set, check, and operate the rated capacity limiter and rated capacity indicator. Monitoring and respond appropriately to wind and other climatic conditions. Undertake training on specific crane models; maintain familiarity with rigging, maintenance procedures, and documentation.

What needs to be in place

• Proven experience operating large mobile cranes, ideally up to 150t.
• Strong understanding of the impact of wind and climatic conditions on crane operations.
• In-date Blue CPCS card with Mobile Crane Operator authorisation.
