Abu Dhabi based, Associate — Private Equity – Global Tier-1 Fund

Global Tier-1 Fund is looking for a Abu Dhabi based, Associate in Private Equity, with the role focused on leading core workstreams across the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, structuring and execution. It would suit someone who can bring ownership, clear communication, and practical organisation to the role.

How the role works day to day

Leading core workstreams across the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, due diligence, financial modelling, valuation, structuring and execution. Preparing high-quality investment materials and present insights to Partners and the global Investment Committee. Actively support portfolio management, including performance reviews, KPI development, organic/inorganic growth initiatives, and exit planning.

What needs to be in place

• 4–7 years of experience, ideally with training at a top-tier Investment Bank.
• Robust understanding of corporate finance, valuation, and deal dynamics; experience with cross-border transactions preferred.
• Strong track record of transaction execution, financial modelling excellence, and the ability to manage multiple workstreams under pressure.
