Academy Strength & Conditioning Coach focuses on review high-quality strength and conditioning programmes to support the development and performance of hartpury’s elite student-athletes across college and university sports academ.
What the role involves
- Review high-quality strength and conditioning programmes to support the development and performance of Hartpury’s elite student-athletes across college and university sports academ.
- Support long-term athletic development, including key performance indicators and return-to-play processes.
- Report performance data to inform programme design, track progression.
- Delivering foundational physical development programmes to the wider student-athlete cohort, preparing them for future transition into high-performance environments.
Skills and requirements
- Achieved undergraduate or postgraduate degree in strength and conditioning or related field.
Confirmed role details
- Hybrid working arrangements with blended approach of office and home working.
- 25 days annual leave entitlement plus bank holidays rising to 30 days with length of service.
